With or without?
Here is another of my Cards For Heroes, taken before I sent the package obviously. Given my new obsession with CAS cards, the question for today is "do you think the card is better with or without the bow?" Because of my embellishment obsession, I initially liked the bow, then I changed my mind and decided against it.
What do you think?
The background was made with a Cuttlebug folder, and the sheep is from one of TAC's Stamps of the Month, colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is from SU and the tiny little heart came from one of the $1 Michaels punches. It didn't show too well in the photograph, but the sheep was mounted on silver mirricard. I love that stuff but it is so expensive I tend to hoard it. Can't think of a better reason to stop hoarding than to share with our heroes!

KaY,
I vote for "without" the ribbon - not that I don't like ribbon, but I think the main image is more striking without the additional ribbon next to it. Makes you focus on that cute little lamb and heart next to it more. But, that's just my 2 cents!
Sorry I didn't give better instructions about the blog award (can you tell I'm still learning?) :) Just right click the award on my blog and then "save" the image on your own computer (I put mine image in my pictures section.) Then, went you want to add it to your blog, if you add it to the sidebar I think you put it under the "Add picture" gadget...I think that's right. And if you want to post the picture within an actual post, then just browse your pictures on your computer and add it like you would one of your craft pictures. Clear as mud? :) I'll check back in case you have any questions.
hmmm...I like the card without the bow a little better. What a great image!
They do not get any cuter than this folks. With or without ribbon...cute as a cute can be!
OK, I am going to go for "without" ONLY because it deviates my eye from the main image. It is fabulous with the bow...but I think I like the clean white (sheep=white) because it keeps with the theme.
I was going to say with but I look again and I like without.
See what an intriguing title, here i didn't know if I was going to be asked to choose between a sandwich with or without gray poupon, or with or without mayo . . .but its a card (and we're stampers, who'da thunk?)
I like it without. And you've inspired me, I am going to make 120 cards for heros too. I need to write down the address so I don't forget! I have three down . . . just 117 to go!
Welcome home.
I am with you, I like it without the bow and I usually add ribbon to mine, so that's surprising for me too. Nice.
I like the ribbon and that cute little bow! The card looks fine without it, but seeing the bow too, I really like that.
They are both great but I am actually going to vote for with the bow. A surprise coming from me who thrives on CAS. There's something about the bow that adds just the right touch to the card.
Both of these are adorable. Of course if I had to pick it would be the one with the bow because I love ribbon. Just adore the embossing on these.
Very cute - gotta send my vote to the one without the ribbon.
Difficult to call because both are adorable. I'm drawn to the one without, just because you set the tone for it being a CAS card...so less is better. But I'm a bow kind of person too. If I received either one, I'd oooh and ahhh!
