Digital Stamps
A couple of weeks ago there was a thread on SCS about digital stamping which was very interesting. I am very much a" live and let live" kind of person and I was quite surprised by the passion this subject stirred up. I guess, for me, there are subjects much more worthy of getting worked up about than whether a digital image should or should not be called a stamp. I'm glad it came up though because if it hadn't I would never have found the work of Mo Manning who is the illustrator of the digital image used on this card. Next time, I think I will size her down a little, but I just love this image !
She was printed on WalMart GP cardstock, using my HP deskjet, then colored with Copics. The background paper is the (sadly) discontinued Khalamat line from TAC

Nice, but where did you use fire, huh? :) I think your coloring looks great. Didn't know there was such passion about this topic either, I think I'll save mine for other subjects. :) Cute image, neat card.
I'd love to try some digi stamps. I'll take a look at the link you provided. Still love to hand craft, but this looks so intriguing. Always open to something new. Thanks for sharing.
I've noticed the passionate talks too - I guess to each her own :) I am totally about liking an image - digital, acryllic, rubber...even if it was cut out of a potato!!
The Mo Manning images are just too fun! I love your coloring on it :)
LOL I agree...whatever makes people happy! I just like to color myself...so does my DD unfortunately, which leads to many discussions about where that is appropriate...like NOT on the walls!!! :)
Just beautiful use of color on this! Love your shading!
What a fantastic beauty!
I've only just started trying some digi images and I'm with you. Plus, whatever I can color is just fine =)
What a pretty card with fabulous coloring. Great job.
